DISCO'S & DJ'S / Comperes
We would be delighted to provide you with one of our fabulous Mobile Discos complete with a Professional DJ.
We supply all sizes of show from our premium quality Mobile Discos, right up to a complete Mobile Nightclub with overhead rigging.
We only use the Highest Quality Sound Equipment to provide Background music for Dinner at a subtle volume, but then louder with clarity for Evening Dancing.
Our Mobile Discos are fully complimented by LED Lighting using both Fixed Effects & Moving Heads accompanied by a Black Starclothed DJ Booth.
AV HIRE
If your Corporate Event has a requirement for Sound, Vision and Lighting, then we can assist whatever the size of the event.
If it’s something simple such as Wireless Microphones and a PA System, then we have just thing.
If its something much larger such as a Conference, Seminar or Awards Evening, then we would be happy to quote accordingly.
Caterers & BARS
We work alongside a number of fabulous Caterers who can provide a variety of food for a variety of events.
Whether it be a Hog Roast for the Summer Company BBQ, perhaps a Grazing Table for that informal Team Meeting or a 5 Course Banquet for the prestigious Company Awards Evening.
We also have some of the best Cocktail Wizards who can conjure up something bespoke and fabulous for that Theme Party plus serve up some trickery behind the bar.
Specialist Mobile Bars add to that Summer Vibe, whether it be Gin, Vodka or Prosecco!
Tableware & Glassware
No event ever gets off the ground without great Tableware and Glassware.
We can provide regular Crockery for that Company Gathering or something stunning to compliment your Gala Dinner and Dressed Tables together with Cutlery and beautiful Glassware in a variety of Styles.
Master of Ceremonies
When you need a smooth hand to keep things on track, our Masters of Ceremony are the very people.
Suitably attired in a Crimson Jacket & White Gloves, they command attention and convey order.
No Gala Dinner or Awards Evening is truly complete without their presence.
Teambuilding EVENTS & FUN DAYS
Teambuilding can take many forms, whether it be Mental or Physical.
Mental in the form of Puzzle Solving, Code Breaking and Treasure Hunts.
Physical in the form of It’s a Knockout Style, Assault Course Challenge or Country Pursuits such as Quad Biking or Tank Driving!
Fun days are a perfect excuse to bring employers, employees and their families together.
We can organise everything from the Venue, Coach Travel, Inflatables, Fairground Rides, Catering, Lavatories, Performers, Paramedics and so much more and manage the whole event for you.
DANCEFLOORs
The addition of one of our fabulous Starlit Dancefloors transforms any Venue and enhances any Event.
We use the very latest in LED Technology to provide you with a Stunning black dancefloor in any size.
Starting from a simple 10’ x 10’ Floor which will be suitable for Smaller Events right up to a 24’ x 24’ Dancefloor which would easily hold 125 people on the floor at any one time.
In addition to this we can add a stunning Transfer detailing either your Names, Initials, Company Name or Logo in Black or Gold.
Staging & Lectern Hire
Whatever your requirement is for Staging then we can provide either modular Staging or Bespoke Staging befitting the style and nature of the event.
Stage Carpeting and Plain or Bespoke Backdrops are also available.
We have a number of Lecterns available constructed of either Aluminum, Perspex or Wood. Some with Light and Microphone attachments according to your requirements.
Furniture & LINEN HIRE
Whether you have a requirement for the Basic or the Beautiful, we can provide just that.
Wooden Picnic Benches for the Company Summer Gathering or Chiavari Chairs for the Group Awards Evening.
Round tables are available in any size as are Rectangular Tables and the Rustic Look Tables are a delight.
LED Furniture is a popular addition at any event and comes in a variety of options including Poseur Tables, Sofas and Stools.
Table Linen is available in a vast array of sizes and many colours with Napkins to match.
Red Carpet Hire
If you want your guests to make an entrance, there is no better way than literally rolling out the Red Carpet.
To compliment your Red Carpet, we can also supply Barrier Posts in Gold or Chrome and Twisted Barrier Ropes in Red, Gold, Blue, Purple and White.
In addition to Red, we also have Runners available in White, Blue, Purple and Gold.
Live ENTertainment
Engaging professional Live Entertainment, Artistes and Performers at your Event literally takes it to a whole other level.

YOUR JOURNEY
HELP YOU TO ACHIEVE YOUR PERFECT CORPORATE EVENT
01.
INITIAL DISCUSSION
From your initial enquiry via email or phone, we will respond by asking some relevant questions about your Corporate Event.
After that response, we will then discuss with you your Event in detail, find out what your expectations are for it and how we can best help you to achieve and hopefully exceed those.
02.
PROPOSAL
Our first proposal will detail everything that you have enquired about and what we can provide for your Event, whether it be for a Gala Dinner, Awards Evening, Teambuilding Day, Creative Workshop, etc.
03.
QUOTATION
Once you have decided on what options you wish to pursue, we then provide a formal quotation, which will form the content of your Contract with us and further quotations may follow depending on exact requirements.
04.
CONTRACT & DEPOSIT
Once everything is agreed, we issue you a Contract via Sign Request, which allows you to read and digitally sign and then download a Copy for your records.
This is followed by your Securing Deposit Invoice and everything is then fully booked for your Event.
05.
SECOND DISCUSSION
If we are providing one of our Premier Discos, then we will have a discussion regarding your Music Playlist and the demographic of those attending to ensure that everything from a music perspective is in place for
your Event.
06.
FINAL DISCUSSION
We will have a final discussion regarding the confirmation of numbers attending, plus any small changes or any additions to your Event that you may want to make and then just run through the Event itself.
07.
FINAL PAYMENT
Your final invoice is issued no later than two weeks prior to your Event and any final changes or discussions if needed can then be had at that stage to ensure that the Event runs smoothly.
08.
THE DAY ITSELF
We prepare everything for your Event in advance, such as checking and loading all Equipment needed.
We provide and install everything that you have hired at the agreed time and we are never, ever late.
Then we help you and your guests enjoy a memorable Event.
