Theme Ideas

Speciality Acts
We have a vast array of Speciality Acts and Performers guaranteed to make a huge impact at your Theme Event.
Everything from Circus Performers to Living Statues, from Fake Paparazzi to a Human Snow Globe!
We can create Flash Mobs out of nowhere, Stiltwalkers that tower over your or Other Worldly Aliens that make you gasp.
Many, many more Acts are available that can enhance and would be a fabulous addition to any Theme.
Ice Sculptures
Ice Sculptures really do and can capture the Drama of a Theme Event, whether they be used as a Table Centrepiece or as a Standalone Feature lit from underneath.
Something such as the famous 007 or Golden Gun carved from a single ice block or we can provide bespoke carvings of say a Company Logo.
Perhaps add a channel to the carving whereby drink can be poured through it to create a real challenge for those brave enough to catch a frozen gulp of Vodka or Jägermeister or something!
Just ask for details and we will quote accordingly.
Table Centrepieces
When considering a Theme, it always works best when that Theme is carried through all aspects of the evening.
If you are having a sit down mean, then it is essential that the Tables are dressed accordingly and work alongside the chosen theme.
Table Centrepieces are a key ingredient in complimenting your Theme.
These can vary from Ostrich Feathers in Vases, to LED Styled Martini Glasses, perhaps a Display of Candles or something dramatic such as an Ice Sculpture on a lit base.
The options are as endless as are the Themes available.
Photobooths & Magic Mirrors
To relive the magical moments of your Theme Party when your guests have let their hair down, there is nothing better than a Photobooth or a Magic Mirror.
With Unlimited Prints, a Bespoke Photo Album and an Online Gallery, every moment will be captured.
The Booths are available in a variety of looks including All White, Black with Gold Stars and also Themed Skins.
A variety of Props and Signs are on hand and a must when getting set to pose in front of the Lens.
Gold Arch Hire
Our Illuminated Gold Arch is simply stunning and the perfect accompaniment to many of the above Themes.
Also, a perfect addition to an Awards Ceremony Event or the Entrance into a School Prom.
Standing at nearly 3 metres across and reaching some 2.5 metres high, our Arch makes a real statement when guests enter the Venue and when matched with our Carpet Runners, Posts and Ropes it indicates something fabulous is happening beyond.
RED Carpet Runner Hire
If you want your guests to make an entrance, there is no better way than literally rolling out the Red Carpet.
To compliment your Red Carpet, we can also supply Barrier Posts in Gold or Chrome and Twisted Barrier Ropes in Red, Gold, Blue, Purple and White.
In addition to Red, we also have Runners available in White, Blue, Purple and Gold.
Prop hire & Backdrops
We own a considerable number of amazing Props fit for most Theme Events.
So, whether it be a couple of Statement Pieces to set the tone or a Full Theme Production where a Venue Space is transformed by our incredible team.
We have been known to create a bespoke Prop for a Theme if we don’t have just to make sure the look is complete and create a Statement Piece that will be much photographed.
Backdrops are great for covering large areas and setting the chosen Theme in an instant. They vary in size from a simple 1m wide x 3m tall up to a whopping 10m wide x 3m tall Landscape!
With careful uplighting, these really can be game changers, especially in larger spaces.
Themed Entertainers
We have an amazing variety of Acts & Entertainers that can add a real difference to your Theme and ensure that it is the one Event that will be talked about for years to come.
Choose from one of our fabulous Close-Up Magician’s to mix and mingle during the Reception or our Caricaturist will leave your guests with a lasting memento of the Night.
We can provide many types of themed performers for your Themes such as Court Jesters for a Medieval Evening to Costumed Characters for an Alice in Wonderland Spectacular.
EFFECT LIGHTING
Our Lighting Technicians can project various images across the Floor, Wall and Ceilings to compliment your chosen Theme.
We can also highlight certain features within the room or make a real statement outside the venue with dramatic lighting.
Our Fabulous Glittery Mirror Balls are back in Fashion and we have Large 50cm ones in both Silver and Gold with Spot Lighting.
For something more dramatic and particularly favoured at Theme Events, is a Black
LED Starcloth which is simply stunning when decorating Rooms.
We can also Provide Fairy Light Canopies and Festoon Lit Walkways

YOUR JOURNEY
HELP YOU TO ACHIEVE YOUR PERFECT THEME EVENT
01.
INITIAL DISCUSSION
From your initial enquiry via email or phone, we will respond by asking some relevant questions about your Corporate Event.
After that response, we will then discuss with you your Event in detail, find out what your expectations are for it and how we can best help you to achieve and hopefully exceed those.
02.
PROPOSAL
Our first proposal will detail everything that you have enquired about and what we can provide for your Event, whether it be for a Gala Dinner, Awards Evening, Teambuilding Day, Creative Workshop, etc.
03.
QUOTATION
Once you have decided on what options you wish to pursue, we then provide a formal quotation, which will form the content of your Contract with us and further quotations may follow depending on exact requirements.
04.
CONTRACT & DEPOSIT
Once everything is agreed, we issue you a Contract via Sign Request, which allows you to read and digitally sign and then download a Copy for your records.
This is followed by your Securing Deposit Invoice and everything is then fully booked for your Event.
05.
SECOND DISCUSSION
If we are providing one of our Premier Discos, then we will have a discussion regarding your Music Playlist and the demographic of those attending to ensure that everything from a music perspective is in place for
your Event.
06.
FINAL DISCUSSION
We will have a final discussion regarding the confirmation of numbers attending, plus any small changes or any additions to your Event that you may want to make and then just run through the Event itself.
07.
FINAL PAYMENT
Your final invoice is issued no later than two weeks prior to your Event and any final changes or discussions if needed can then be had at that stage to ensure that the Event runs smoothly.
08.
THE DAY ITSELF
We prepare everything for your Event in advance, such as checking and loading all Equipment needed.
We provide and install everything that you have hired at the agreed time and we are never, ever late.
Then we help you and your guests enjoy a memorable Event.
