We can provide anything & everything for your Wedding Day.
From a simple Pianist, one of our fabulous Professional Discos, perhaps a White Starlit Dancefloor or even Venue Dressing.
DISCO'S & DJ'S
We would be delighted to provide you with one of our fabulous Mobile Discos complete with a Professional DJ.
We supply all sizes of show from our premium quality Mobile Discos, right up to a complete Mobile Nightclub with overhead rigging.
We only use the Highest Quality Sound Equipment to provide Background music for Dinner at a subtle volume, but then louder with clarity for Evening Dancing.
Our Mobile Discos are fully complimented by LED Lighting using both Fixed Effects & Moving Heads accompanied by a White Starclothed DJ Booth.
UPLIGHTING
The use of Lighting changes the feel of a venue, transforms a function room and sometimes affects the entire look of the event.
We use the very latest in LED Lighting Technology to create an ambience, set a mood and compliment your chosen colour scheme.
Whether it be the Colour Washing of Walls with a LED 1 metre Bars or perhaps the emphasising of columns with LED Uplighters.
We can also highlight certain features within the room or make a real statement outside the venue with dramatic lighting.

Our Lighting Technicians can project various images across the Floor, Wall and Ceilings to compliment your Wedding.

Our Fabulous Glittery Mirror Balls are back in Fashion and we have Large 50cm ones in both Silver and Gold with Spot Lighting.
For something more dramatic and particularly favoured at Weddings, is a White LED Backdrop which is simply stunning behind the Top Table.
We can also Provide Fairy Light Canopies and Festoon Lit Walkways
CLASSICAL PERFORMERS
Classical Performers are always a welcome sight at Weddings.
We can provide all manner of Classical Artistes ranging from a Delightful Solo Harpist through to an entire String Orchestra.
The most requested are the ever popular traditional String Quartets.
The repertoire of these performers is practically endless with everything available from Bach to Beyonce and Mozart to Madonna!
Many of the ensembles use traditional wooden instruments, whilst others elect for the amplified, almost futuristic style of instrument.
Whatever the choice, the result is a joyous one and perfect for practically any event, but especially Weddings.
However, Solo Harpists, Violinists, Classical Guitarists and Pianists certainly have their place and are great when space is at a premium.
We can also provide Sopranos and Tenors to create those dramatic moments for perhaps a Wedding Ceremony or Wedding Breakfast.
PHOTOBOTHS & MAGIC MIRRORS
A Professional Photographer is essential at every Wedding.
But to capture those moments during the Reception when your guests have let their hair down, there is nothing better than a Photobooth or a Magic Mirror on your Big Day.
With Unlimited Prints, a Bespoke Photo Album and an Online Gallery, every moment will be captured.
The Booths are available in a variety of looks including All White, Black with Gold Stars and also Love Hearts.
A variety of Props and Signs are on hand and a must when getting set to pose In front of the Lens.
WHITE OR RED CARPET RUNNER HIRE
When you take that magical walk down the Aisle on your Wedding Day, then do it in style with one of our Stunning Quality Carpet Runners, available in Snow White, Scarlet Red, Cadbury Purple and Royal Blue.
Available in a variety of lengths and suitable for use both indoors and out. Completed with a Rubber Backing and the firmly held in place using professional exhibition carpet tape.
Perfect for any venue and can be finished off with Lanterns or Floral Displays either side.
WHITE STARLIT DANCEFLOOR
The addition of one of our fabulous Starlit Dancefloors transforms any Venue and enhances any Wedding.
We use the very latest in LED Technology to provide you with a Stunning White in any size.
Starting from a simple 10’ x 10’ Floor which will be suitable for Smaller Weddings right up to a 24’ x 24’ Dancefloor which would easily hold 125 people on the floor at any one time.
In addition to this we can add a stunning Transfer detailing either your Names, Initials, Wedding Date or Logo in Black or Gold.
LOVE LETTERS
We can provide you with Love Letters for your Wedding in a variety of Styles and Sizes.
We have our standard 4ft tall (1.2m) Love Letters finished in White with Cabochon Lamps in Warm White and also a rustic set is now available. .
We have our 5ft tall (1.5m) Love Letters finished in White with Cabochon Lamps, but these can be set to a number of available colours to match your Wedding or set to fade from one colour to another.
We then have the UK’s Largest set of Love Letters, Big Love which stand at am impressive 7ft tall (2.1m) and when lined up are around 28ft (9 metres) in length. Suitable for use inside or out and can be either Uplit or wrapped in Fairy Lights or decorated with Balloons to match your colour scheme.
LIVE BANDS
Live Music at a Wedding is always a very desirable form of entertainment and a good Function Band is highly sought after with some often having full diaries in excess of 18 months ahead.
Many agree there is nothing like a great band at a Wedding and we would concur, but you could always add one of our Discos to compliment and complete the night.
The Bands vary in size from a 4 piece right up to a 12-piece ensemble with a Brass section. Their repertoire is extensive to say the least with many bands covering music from the 1950’s to the Present Day.
Bands are often requested to perform the traditional First Dance and with notice, they will learn the chosen song for just that.
ACTS
We have an amazing variety of Acts & Entertainers that can add a real difference at your Wedding and ensure that it is the one Wedding that will be talked about for years to come.
Choose from one of our fabulous Close-Up Magician’s to mix and mingle during the Wedding Breakfast or our Caricaturist will leave your guests with a lasting memento of the day.
We can provide many types of themed performers and Speciality Acts for your Wedding such as Court Jesters for a Medieval Themed Wedding to Costumed Characters for an Alice in Wonderland Wedding.

To work alongside your Runner, we can provide Lanterns for your Wedding in a variety of Finishes and Sizes.
We have our Large White, Black or Chrome Wedding Lanterns, in which we then install either Battery Operated Warm White Fairy Lights, LED Realistic Candles or Real Candles where allowed.
Our Giant White Lanterns are available as a Couple or a Trio and each one is filled with 20 LED Moon Lights that can be set to any colour or simply fade from one colour to the other. We call these Lanterns, ‘To the Moon & Back’ and standing at just under a metre tall, they will make a real statement either at the entrance or beside your Top Table.
FIREWORKS
Roar Events have been involved in the Firing of Pyrotechnic Displays for well over 25 years.
Responsible for being engaged at numerous small Private Displays for Family Celebrations all the way up to large Public Displays for Councils & Charities.
First and Foremost, when discussing Firework Displays the elements of Health & Safety are something we take very seriously.
For your peace of mind, we are fully Insured for all Eventualities including Personal, Public and Property Liability.
We carry out a Full Site Survey prior to any Display to ensure the designated Firing Area is suitable and the Display is planned in detail using Electronically Fired Category 2 Pyrotechnics.
In order to create a real impact, the Display should be around 8-10 minutes in duration and we often fire the Display to Music.

INITIAL DISCUSSION
From your initial enquiry via email or phone, we will respond by asking some relevant questions about your
Wedding.
After the initial response, we will then discuss with you your Wedding in detail, find out what your expectations are for your Wedding and how we can best help you to achieve and hopefully exceed those.
02.
PROPOSAL
Our first proposal will detail everything that you have enquired about and what we can provide for your Big Day, whether it be one of our Premier Discos & DJs or more such as a Starlit Dancefloor, Lighting, Letters, etc
03.
QUOTATION
Once you have decided on what options you wish to hire, we then provide a formal final quotation, which will form the content of your Contract with us.
04.
CONTRACT & DEPOSIT
We issue you a Contract via Sign Request, which allows you to read and digitally sign and then download a Copy for your records.
This is followed by your Securing Deposit Invoice and everything is then fully booked for your Wedding.
05.
SECOND DISCUSSION
We will have a discussion regarding your Music Playlist and the all important First Dance to ensure that everything from a music perspective is in place for your Big Day.
06.
FINAL DISCUSSION
We will have a final discussion regarding any changes or additions to your Day that you may want to make and just run through the day itself.
07.
FINAL PAYMENT
Your final invoice is issued no later than two weeks prior to your Wedding and any final changes or discussions can then be had at that stage to ensure your Day runs smoothly.
08.
THE BIG DAY ITSELF
We prepare everything for your Wedding Day in advance, such as checking and loading all equipment.
We install everything that you have hired at the agreed time and we are never late, however please do not worry if your Wedding is running late as nearly all Weddings do and we are prepared for this.
Then we help you and your guests celebrate one of the Greatest Days of your Lives!!
