BRINGING YOUR VISION TO LIFE

Vocalists

We have some of the finest Singers available, whether it be to sing during your Wedding Ceremony or Signing of the Register.

Perhaps a Soprano or a Tenor to perform the National Anthem at your Company Event or Awards Evening.

We also have a wide range of Choirs that can cover everything from Gospel Music to Festive Favourites.

Function Bands

A great Function Band is always a welcome addition at any Wedding or Event.

Ranging in size from 3 piece Band right up to a 12 Piece Band with Brass Section.

They come with all Instrumentation and a Professional PA and many now have Quality Light Shows to match.

Their repertoire is often considerable ranging from the 1960s to the Present Day with Set Lists available for you to choose from.

The Bands in question have a mix of either Male or Female Lead Vocalists and usually contain a Keyboard Player, couple of Guitarists and sometimes a Drummer.

Performance times are around 3 x 45-minute sets on average and they play Background Music during the Breaks.

Or you could opt for having one of our Premier Roar Discos and DJs and then work the night on a 45-minute set each.

Tribute Acts & Bands

You name the Act or Band and we probably have a Tribute Show for it.

Everything from Abba to Queen, from George Michael to Elvis Presley.

They all have their own Professional PA or can go through one of our Discos as this combination of Tribute Act and DJ always works well.

They perform for around 2 x 45-minute sets playing all the Classic Hits you will know.

Singing Waiters

Nothing is quite as fabulous as the element of surprise and with our Singing Waiters you most certainly get that.

Various combinations are available from a duo to a quartet and they are dressed in various guises with the most common being Waiting, Staff, Chefs or Hotel Management.

The masquerade during the meal as Venue Staff and create some scenario whereby someone supposedly trips over causing a scene, or a Chef’s last working day and his wish to say goodbye.

Before you know it, one or more burst into song much to everyone’s surprise and in no time at all they have encouraged the guests to actively participate in Singing and Waving of Serviettes.

An absolutely momentous performance to have at any Event, but particularly popular at Weddings.

String Ensembles

The elegance of a String Ensemble at your Wedding or Event will always add that certain feeling that few performers can match.

From a Duo to a Quartet, our splendid classically trained Musicians, all smartly dressed will perform all the traditional classics that you would expect, but also popular music choices that you least expect.

Performance times vary depending on personal requirements, but around 3 x 45 minute sets are pretty standard.

Guitarists

A solo Guitarist is a joy to listen to and watch, with dexterous fingers they perform versions of familiar classical pieces as well as more contemporary music.

Often using amplification to enhance to sound across a Patio or Courtyard at a Wedding Reception or subtle tones during dining.

Performance times vary depending on personal requirements, but around 3 x 45 minute sets are pretty standard.

INTERNATIONAL PERFORMERS

We can provide Bands and Artistes from around the Globe.

Including Caribbean Steel Bands, Indian Dhol Drummers, German Oompah Band, Bantu African Bands, Latin Dancers, Roaring Twenties Flapper Dancers and many more.

Just ask and we will have someone suitable whatever the event.

Harpists

A Harp is like no other Instrument and our Fabulous Harpists create the most enchanting sound performing everything from Strauss to Sheeran and from Beethoven to Beyonce.

They are a great addition for your Wedding Ceremony & Signing of the Register or a Drinks Reception and Fine Dining.

Performance times start from 60 minutes with a break and continue up to around 3 hours with breaks.

Pianists

We have some of the finest Solo Pianists in the Country both Male & Female who can perform a variety of genres and styles whatever the occasion.

They can supply their own Keyboards or are happy to use In House Pianos that have been fully tuned.

A fabulous choice for a Drinks Reception, Gallery Opening or during a Gala Dinner with a performance time of around 2-3 hours with breaks.

Walkabout Acts

Our Walkabout Acts or Mix & Mingle as some prefer are extremely adept at entertaining Guests whether they be Standing at a Drinks Reception or Seated for Dinner.

Whether it be one our brilliant Close Up Magicians performing sleight of hand, our talented Caricaturists sketching at speed, perhaps a mischievous Pickpocket Act making your valuables disappear or our sensational Mindreaders and Hypnotists who literally get into your head!

With a Performance time of between 1 to 3 hours, any of the above will leave your guests bemused, bewitched, but above all thoroughly entertained

We have a vast array of Speciality Acts and Performers guaranteed to make a huge impact at your Event.

Everything from Circus Performers to Living Statues, from Fake Paparazzi to a Human Snow Globe!

We can create Flash Mobs out of nowhere, Stiltwalkers that tower over your or Other Worldly Aliens that make you gasp.

Any of these would be a fabulous addition for any Theme Event, Product Launch, Brand Awareness or Corporate Awards Evening.

After Dinner Speakers & Comedy

For that Big Corporate Evening, when you have invited Clients and Colleagues alike.

An After-Dinner Speaker of Note is definitely something people will remember, not only for the Evening in question, but more importantly your Company and Brand.

We have access to some of the best well known faces in the Country from TV, Stage, Sport and Commerce.

Speeches tend to be no more than 20-30 minutes, unless of course it’s a Company Conference where a Q & A Session may be involved.

We always look to match the Person to the Product, so the Speaker to your Brand and its ethos.

Comedians often fall into the above category or can simply do a 30 minute stand up set at your Event. Again, we match the Comic to the Company and let you sit back and enjoy the laughter.

Fees are upon application, so feel free to request that one person who will make an impact at your next Event.

INITIAL DISCUSSION

From your initial enquiry via email or phone, we will respond by asking some relevant questions about your
Wedding or Event.

After that response, we will then discuss everything in detail with you, find out what your expectations are
and how we can best help you to achieve and hopefully exceed those.

02.

PROPOSAL

Our first proposal will detail everything that you have enquired about regarding Entertainers, Acts & Artistes in the form of images, or videos and what we can provide for your Wedding or Event.

03.

QUOTATION

Once you have decided on what options you wish to pursue, we then provide a formal final quotation, which will form the content of your Contract with us.

04.

CONTRACT & DEPOSIT

We issue you a Contract via Sign Request, which allows you to read and digitally sign and then download a
Copy for your records.

This is followed by your Securing Deposit Invoice and everything is then fully booked for your Wedding or
Event.

05.

SECOND DISCUSSION

If you are Hiring one of our Bands, Vocalists or Classical Performers, then we will have a full discussion regarding your Music Playlist and the demographic of those attending to ensure that everything from a
music perspective is in place.

06.

FINAL DISCUSSION

We will have a final discussion regarding your any changes or additions to your Wedding or Event that you may want to make and just run through the day itself.

07.

FINAL PAYMENT

Your final invoice is issued no later than two weeks prior to your Event and any final changes or discussions can then be had at that stage to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

08.

THE DAY ITSELF

We ensure that everything is in place for your Wedding or Event and that the Performers that you have hired arrive at the agreed time and we are never, ever late.

Then we help you and your guests enjoy a memorable time.
