Luxury Christmas Garland hire
Whatever your requirement is for Staging then we can provide either modular Staging or Bespoke Staging befitting the style and nature of the event.
Stage Carpeting and Plain or Bespoke Backdrops are also available.
We have a number of Lecterns available constructed of either Aluminum, Perspex or Wood. Some with Light and Microphone attachments according to your requirements.
prop hire - Giant Nutcracker Soldiers
We can in addition to Trees, Garlands & Wreaths provide a variety of freestanding props such as Giant Nutcracker Soldiers ranging in size from 3 feet up to 7 feet.
Lifesize Santa Claus Models with a Sleigh and Reindeer create the complete package.

Ice Sculptures really do and can capture the Drama of a Theme Event, whether they be used as a Table Centrepiece or as a Standalone Feature lit from underneath.
Something such as the famous 007 or Golden Gun carved from a single ice block or we can provide bespoke carvings of say a Company Logo.
Perhaps add a channel to the carving whereby drink can be poured through it to create a real challenge for those brave enough to catch a frozen gulp of Vodka or Jägermeister or something!

CHRISTMAS TREE HIRE
Our Trees are far superior to many with dark green foliage and have a freshly cut look about them that makes them the first choice of many National Trust properties.
All our Trees are completed with warm white Fairy Lights, coloured Baubles and Decorations with shiny wrapped presents underneath.
WINTER WONDERLAND
With a combination of Stunning Props, Fabulous Lighting and Realistic Backdrops we can transport you into the Frozen World of Narnia or create a Traditional Victorian Christmas in London with Snow Falling as you enter.
Festoon Lighting HIre
If you want your guests to make an entrance, there is no better way than literally rolling out the Red Carpet.
To compliment your Red Carpet, we can also supply Barrier Posts in Gold or Chrome and Twisted Barrier Ropes in Red, Gold, Blue, Purple and White.
In addition to Red, we also have Runners available in White, Blue, Purple and Gold.
Santa clause hire
We own a considerable number of amazing Props fit for most Theme Events.
So, whether it be a couple of Statement Pieces to set the tone or a Full Theme Production where a Venue Space is transformed by our incredible team.
We have been known to create a bespoke Prop for a Theme if we don’t have just to make sure the look is complete and create a Statement Piece that will be much photographed.
Backdrops are great for covering large areas and setting the chosen Theme in an instant. They vary in size from a simple 1m wide x 3m tall up to a whopping 10m wide x 3m tall Landscape!
With careful uplighting, these really can be game changers, especially in larger spaces.
GARLANDS & WREATHS
We often add warm white Fairy Lights to these and other elements such as Holly and Berries.
Again, our Circular Wreaths are designed to compliment the Garlands and Trees and are available in a variety of sizes.
CORPORATE WORKSHOPS
Create your own Natural Christmas Wreath, a Christmas Scented Trio of Candles or decorate your own Christmas Gingerbread House.
YOUR JOURNEY
HELP YOU TO ACHIEVE YOUR PERFECT THEME EVENT
01.
INITIAL DISCUSSION
From your initial enquiry via email or phone, we will respond by asking some relevant questions about your
Theme Party.
After that response, we will then discuss with you your Event in detail, find out what your expectations are for your Theme Party and how we can best help you to achieve and hopefully exceed those.
02.
PROPOSAL
Our first proposal will detail everything that you have enquired about and what we can provide for your Event, whether it be Prop Hire, Backdrops, suitable Lighting, Themed Performers or having one of our Premier Discos & DJs.
03.
QUOTATION
Once you have decided on what options you wish to hire, we then provide a formal final quotation, which will form the content of your Contract with us.
04.
CONTRACT & DEPOSIT
We issue you a Contract via Sign Request, which allows you to read and digitally sign and then download a Copy for your records.
This is followed by your Securing Deposit Invoice and everything is then fully booked for your Theme Event.
05.
SECOND DISCUSSION
If we are providing one of our Premier Discos, then we will have a discussion regarding your Music Playlist and the demographic of those attending to ensure that everything from a music perspective is in place for
your Event.
06.
FINAL DISCUSSION
We will have a final discussion regarding your any changes or additions to your Theme that you may want to make and just run through the day itself.
07.
FINAL PAYMENT
Your final invoice is issued no later than two weeks prior to your Event and any final changes or discussions can then be had at that stage to ensure that the Evening runs smoothly.
08.
THE DAY ITSELF
We prepare everything for your Event in advance, such as checking and loading all Props, Equipment and
Backdrops.
We install everything that you have hired at the agreed time and we are never, ever late.
Then we help you and your guests enjoy a memorable evening.
