We are pleased to introduce a new addition to our Services which we have been running
with since early 2022.

Our Event Production Division can provide everything from Staging, Sound Production,
Lighting Design, Video Production and Project Management.

With a vast array of quality equipment at our disposal, you can be sure that the final result
will be fabulous.

Audio solutions for all Events, whether it be for Fashion Shows, Band Production,
Conferences or Stage Schools.

Effective Lighting will always make an impact on any Event, whether it be a Follow Spot on a Guest Speaker or Uplighting to enhance the Venue inside and out.

We have produced the PMN Wedding Expo in Portsmouth for the last two years and will be doing the third in January 2025.

Supplying Staging, Sound Equipment with both Moving Heads and Static Lighting to provide that wow factor to the Fashion Shows.

We also supplied over 100 metres of Draping to create Exhibition Space for Suppliers.

We have recently become a Preferred Supplier to Stagecoach Drama Schools handling their Summer Production in Camberley in August 2024.

FAMILY FUN DAYS

Making your employees feel appreciated is simply a must in this day and age.

Family Fun Days provide just that opportunity.

We can bring the whole event together including Venue, Marquees, Catering, Beverages, Attractions, Entertainment and essential facilities such as Luxury Loos or perhaps an On Site Paramedic for those small onsite emergencies.

We can also organize Valet Parking and Coach Hire to make attending easier.

HELP YOU TO ACHIEVE YOUR PERFECT LIVE EVENT

01.

INITIAL DISCUSSION

From your initial enquiry via email or phone, we will respond by asking some relevant questions about your Corporate Event.

After that response, we will then discuss with you your Event in detail, find out what your expectations are for it and how we can best help you to achieve and hopefully exceed those.

02.

PROPOSAL

Our first proposal will detail everything that you have enquired about and what we can provide for your Event, whether it be for a Gala Dinner, Awards Evening, Teambuilding Day, Creative Workshop, etc.

03.

QUOTATION

Once you have decided on what options you wish to pursue, we then provide a formal quotation, which will form the content of your Contract with us and further quotations may follow depending on exact requirements.

04.

CONTRACT & DEPOSIT

Once everything is agreed, we issue you a Contract via Sign Request, which allows you to read and digitally sign and then download a Copy for your records.

This is followed by your Securing Deposit Invoice and everything is then fully booked for your Event.

05.

SECOND DISCUSSION

If we are providing one of our Premier Discos, then we will have a discussion regarding your Music Playlist and the demographic of those attending to ensure that everything from a music perspective is in place for
your Event.

06.

FINAL DISCUSSION

We will have a final discussion regarding the confirmation of numbers attending, plus any small changes or any additions to your Event that you may want to make and then just run through the Event itself.

07.

FINAL PAYMENT

Your final invoice is issued no later than two weeks prior to your Event and any final changes or discussions if needed can then be had at that stage to ensure that the Event runs smoothly.

08.

THE DAY ITSELF

We prepare everything for your Event in advance, such as checking and loading all Equipment needed.

We provide and install everything that you have hired at the agreed time and we are never, ever late.

Then we help you and your guests enjoy a memorable Event.
