Our Event Production Division can provide everything from Staging, Sound Production,
Lighting Design, Video Production and Project Management.

Effective Lighting will always make an impact on any Event, whether it be a Follow Spot on a
Guest Speaker or Uplighting to enhance the Venue inside and out.
We have produced the PMN Wedding Expo in Portsmouth for the last four years and will be doing
the fifth in January 2027.
Supplying Staging, Sound Equipment with both Moving Heads and Static Lighting to provide that
wow factor to the Fashion Shows.
We also supplied over 100 metres of Draping to create Exhibition Space for Suppliers.
One of our Clients NICE Systems had a Global Rebrand and we were heavily involved in both the
London & Southampton Offices with Branded Coffee Pop Ups and Cocktail Bars, Branded T Shirts
and much more.

Whether it be for Keynote Speeches at a Conference or multiple lapel radio microphones for a Musical Stage Production.
We use the highest quality equipment to ensure clear sound distribution, which makes such a difference to your event.
All under the Control of one of our Experienced Sound Engineers & Technicians.
LIGHTING DESIGN
The simplest effect such as Uplighting can often make the biggest impression on any venue space.
Our talented Sound Technicians can also create a stunning display using Intelligent Moving Heads, Bespoke Gobos, Laser Displays, Spotlighting for Awards & Speakers and Outdoor Lighting.
All under the Control of one of our Experienced Lighting Engineers & Technicians.
VIDEO PRODUCTION
We can Live stream your Guest Speaker and make your Event feel more inclusive, provide large LED Video Walls as a Backdrop and assist with the hiring of Tablets and Devices.
We can also provide Aerial Drone Photography and Filming that will literally elevate your Event to the next level.
STAGING & LECTURN HIRE
Stage Carpeting and Plain, Bespoke or Video Backdrops are also available.
We have a number of Lecterns available constructed of either Aluminium, Perspex or Wood.
SET DESIGN
Whether it be Corporate Colours for the Annual Conference, the inclusion of Graphics, Screens and Lighting, we can Design everything.
Perhaps a Themed Backdrop or Black Starlit Draping for a Stage Production or Bespoke Product Launch.

Our Family Fun Days provide just that opportunity.
We can bring the whole event together including Venue, Marquees, Catering, Beverages, Attractions, Entertainment and essential facilities such as Luxury Loos or perhaps an On Site Paramedic for those small onsite emergencies.
We can also organize Valet Parking and Coach Hire to make attending easier.

THE STEPS TO A PERFECT EVENT
01.
INITIAL DISCUSSION
From your initial enquiry via email, phone or a meeting, we will respond by asking some relevant
questions about your Corporate Event.
After that response, we will then discuss with you your Event in detail, find out what your expectations are for it and how we can best help you to achieve and hopefully exceed those.
02.
INITIAL PROPOSAL
Our Initial Proposal will detail everything that you have enquired about and what we can provide
for your Event, whether it be for a Gala Dinner, Awards Evening, Teambuilding Day, Creative
Workshop, etc.
03.
FINAL PROPOSAL
Once you have decided on what options you wish to pursue, we then provide A Final Proposal will
follow taking your thoughts and instructions on board.
This will form the content of your Contract with us.
04.
CONTRACT & DEPOSIT
Once everything is agreed, we issue you a Contract via Sign Request, which allows you to Review
and Digitally Sign and then download a Copy for your records.
This is followed by your Securing Deposit Invoice and everything is then fully contracted for your
Event
05.
SITE MEETING
Nearer the Date of your Event, we can Organise a Site Meeting at the Venue with the Client to run
through everything that we are providing.
Good opportunity to liaise with Venue Management to confirm what they are providing.
06.
FINAL DISCUSSION
Following on from the Site Meeting a final discussion can be had 10-14 days prior regarding the confirmation of numbers attending.
Also, any small changes or any additions to your Event that you may want to make.
07.
FINAL PAYMENT
Your final invoice is issued no later than two weeks prior to your Event and any changes following on from the Discussion can be made.
08.
THE DAY OF THE EVENT
We prepare everything for your Event WELL in advance, such as checking and loading of all Equipment needed.
We provide and install everything that you have hired at the agreed time and we are never, ever
late.
Then we ensure that you and your guests enjoy a memorable Event.
